Research and development

This section is responsible for:

• preparing technical records of arcenciel products
• developping and improving methods of production through projects of organization and team motivation such as the project "zero defect" launched in 2000
• implementing production control tools to identify and eliminate defects that may arise during production
• organizing ongoing training for workers and workshop leaders to better manage their work

Also, the "research and development" section is in continuous coordination with the technical colleges and university centers in the country in the search of new products that could be manufactured locally or imported into the local market ( Scalamobil, electric wheelchairs, etc.) .
